Why We Love Client Questions (And You Should, Too!)

Clients want to know about our company.This topic was sparked by a comment we got from a client.  She wanted to know if in the future she could get additional copies of her event.  This makes me think that knowing clients questions would be very helpful.  Below are some of the questions we feel you might want answered.

1- In the future can we purchase additional copies of our event?

Absolutely.  We archive each project, event, occasion so that years from now you can get additional copies.

2- Do we have to pay the total amount prior to our event?

Your final payment is due upon completion of your event..  We  also can arrange a payment plan that works for you.

3- Do you have backup equipment?

Yes, we always bring an extra camera and extra gear.

4- How long before I get my wedding DVD?

Most wedding packages include a trailer for which you will get a link.  You will receive this link 1-3 weeks after your wedding.  You will receive your completed wedding 4-16 weeks after your wedding day.

5- Why does it take so long to receive my wedding DVD?

It usually takes 20-40 hours of editing.  It also depends on how many other projects we are filming/editing prior to your wedding.
