I found this recipe in the newspaper and thought I’d try it out since I haven’t cooked with squash much. It’s a great fall dish that’s hardy. Just give yourself plenty of time for the prep. I’d also double the apple sauce/apple/ricotta cheese mixture.
We had a salad and vegetable with it to compliment the meal.
